⭐️ The Role + Hiring Context
As part of the International Merchants & Advertising team, we are recruiting a Global AdTech & Monetization Lead, reporting directly to the Global Head of Advertising.
This newly created and highly strategic position will drive the design, deployment and scaling of Edenred’s advertising technology ecosystem across multiple international markets. You will play a key role in transforming advertising into a sustainable and user-safe revenue stream across Edenred’s Benefits & Engagement applications and commerce ecosystems.
Working closely with Product, Tech, Data and Commercial teams, you will contribute to building a best-in-class advertising infrastructure capable of enabling full-funnel campaigns for merchants across multiple countries.
You will support mature markets such as France and the UK while accelerating emerging markets including Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Romania and Türkiye.
📝 Your Missions
Operating as a true international center of expertise, you will define and scale Edenred’s global adtech capabilities while ensuring operational excellence, compliance and monetization performance.
Global AdTech Strategy & Architecture
- Define the global adtech architecture and phased roadmap for web and in-app monetization.
- Design scalable ecosystems covering web analytics, marketing automation, display monetization and sponsored listings/search solutions.
- Ensure alignment between monetization strategy, mobile ecosystems and e-commerce-like user journeys.
- Build scalable “minimum viable” and “advanced” adtech stacks depending on local market maturity.
Vendor Strategy & Technology Partnerships
- Define vendor selection strategies and lead RFP processes.
- Manage relationships and performance with key technology partners including ad servers, analytics/BI solutions, CMPs and CDPs.
- Establish governance frameworks, SLAs and scalable operating models across countries.
Advertising Product & Audience Strategy
- Develop advertising use cases across display, sponsored search, CRM and audience monetization.
- Build compliant first-party audience infrastructures and segmentation governance frameworks.
- Partner with business teams to create “ready-to-activate” audience products tailored to merchants’ marketing objectives.
- Translate merchant needs into packaged full-funnel advertising solutions spanning awareness, engagement, sales and retention.
Measurement, Analytics & Monetization Performance
- Define advanced reporting and measurement frameworks to optimize ad revenues and campaign performance.
- Ensure best-in-class tracking, attribution and monetization capabilities across ecosystems.
- Drive experimentation, incrementality approaches and outcome-based reporting methodologies.
- Monitor delivery performance, user outcomes and monetization efficiency.
Project Leadership & International Coordination
- Coordinate global adtech integration and deployment projects across multiple countries.
- Ensure robust platform architecture, scalability and operational excellence.
- Act as a strategic interface between Product, Engineering, Legal, Data and Commercial teams.
- Support local teams continuously through enablement, knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
🎯 Profile – Hard & Soft Skills
You combine strong technical expertise in adtech, strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to scale complex international ecosystems in fast-paced environments.
Experience & Expertise
- 7 to 10 years of experience within adtech, retail media, digital media, advertising platforms or media agencies.
- Strong expertise in mobile app monetization and advertising ecosystems.
- Deep technical knowledge of mobile ad serving, SDK integrations, in-app bidding, RTB and ad server configurations.
- Strong understanding of privacy, consent management and advertising measurement frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of data and analytics environments including event taxonomy, BI/SQL basics, experimentation and incrementality methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex international and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to influence Product, Data, Engineering, Legal and local commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

📍 Additional Information
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

- Compensation: €85K base salary + €13K variable compensation (according to profile and experience).
