⭐️ The Role + Hiring Context

As part of the International Merchants & Advertising team, we are recruiting a Global Advertising Senior Sales & Operations Lead reporting directly to the Global Head of Advertising.

This strategic role will contribute to accelerating and harmonizing Edenred’s advertising activities across multiple countries within the Benefits & Engagement business line.

You will support mature markets such as France and the UK while helping scale emerging markets including Brazil, Italy, Romania and Belgium. Your mission will be to strengthen the monetization of Edenred’s digital ecosystem and establish advertising as a major global revenue stream for the Group.

📝 Your Missions

Leveraging your strong knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, your sales expertise and your operational mindset, you will play a central role in scaling Edenred’s advertising business internationally.

Sales Operations

  • Support countries in implementing advertising sales routines and operational frameworks.
  • Drive pipeline reviews, metrics tracking, target setting, incentive programs and performance management initiatives.
  • Contribute to defining the most efficient operating model and global/local ways of working.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of sales processes across markets.

Sales Enablement

  • Act as a bridge between markets and product/tech teams by continuously sharing feedback and business needs from advertisers, agencies and local merchant teams.
  • Influence product and data roadmaps to support advertising growth and innovation.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new products and features, including ad formats, data segments and performance reporting tools.
  • Upskill local key account managers by enriching sales materials and educating teams on new advertising capabilities.
  • Support the launch and ramp-up of advertising activities in new countries.

Business Development

  • Develop direct global and local advertising sales opportunities.
  • Animate merchant portfolios and define long-term partnership strategies with top European and global advertisers.
  • Manage strategic multi-country commercial agreements and key partnerships.
  • Accelerate indirect sales development by building strong collaborations with major agency networks.
  • Position Edenred Advertising as a recognized and credible media player in the market.

Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Manage one dedicated intern.
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across sales, product, tech, data and merchant teams.
  • Contribute to building a strong advertising culture internally and internationally.

🎯 Profile  – Hard & Soft Skills

You bring a strong combination of business acumen, operational excellence and advertising expertise, with the ability to scale complex international activities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Expertise

  • 7/8 years of experience within the advertising industry, ideally gained in major media agency groups (“Big Six”) and/or retail media environments.
  • Strong sales background with a proven ability to unlock opportunities across large advertiser and merchant portfolios.
  • Hands-on experience in sales operations, including pipeline management, incentive definition, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media strategies, from branding to performance marketing.
  • Experience influencing product, tech and data roadmaps.
  • Comfortable navigating multicultural and matrix organizations.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.

  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership development capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and operational execution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of business metrics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, agencies and media challenges.

📍 Additional Information

  • Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
  • Location: Paris area
  • International scope and exposure
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Compensation: €76,5K base salary  + €13K variable compensation (according to profile and experience). 

Recruitment Process

  1. Introductory call with the Enoa RH team 
  2. Interview with the Global Head of Advertising (future manager) and the Global Merchants & Advertising Solutions Director (future N+2).
  3. Strategic recommendation to prepare remotely and present during the second interview.
  4. Second-round interviews including the presentation of the strategic recommendation, along with business and stakeholder fit discussions.
  5. Final HR validation.
